For clients that hire us, your information is kept for 6 years, as required by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) (https://college-ic.ca).
For persons that only contact us and / or only book a consultation but do not become clients, the information on the contact form is kept for 12 months. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
